All equipment is built to last, thoroughly tested before shipping, and guaranteed against defects in craftsmanship or components.
Pedals carry a limited lifetime warranty to the original first-time purchaser providing said purchaser retains proof of purchase. This is non-transferable.
– All electronics are warrantied for life
– All mechanical parts (jacks, switches, potentiometers) are warrantied for 2 years from the date of purchase
– All external fixtures, finish, and knobs are not warrantied
– Damage or failure due to basically not treating the pedal with a bit of care, common sense, and in accordance with my directions for use will void the warranty
– Unauthorized repairs, changes, and modifications – even by a qualified technician – will void the warranty; this includes tweaking the internal trim pots which are carefully set to the sweet spot and sealed for optimal performance
A defect under warranty will be fixed asap, free of charge; shipping costs for the service within this warranty are to be paid by the customer.
